Shipping

Goods will be delivered worldwide as International Air Mail Packets, using the services of Estonian Post Ltd.Goods will be shipped by Air Mail in 3 working days after placing order.
After shipping an item(s) a confirming note with shipping registration number will be sent to the customer.
Delivery time estimate is 7- 21 business days, depending on your location. International shippings usually arrive within 2-4 weeks.
Insurance is optional. Please contact becore purchase. Please also contact before purchase if you need faster shipping. (courier service)

Returns

We accept unused goods purchased online for refund within 14 days of purchase date when accompanied by original invoice. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. If items looks used or damaged we cannot issue a refund.

A €5 return handling fee will apply and shipping is non-refundable.

Original invoice number
Billing and shipping addresses

Items returned

Once we have approved your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer. Packages must be sent prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will only reimburse return shipping fees in the event that product sent was incorrect or is damaged or defective. Please insure your return package as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
